I am a Michigan born wedding and elopement photographer currently based in Alabama. My photography journey didn't start like most. I've always loved taking photos but never thought of it as a possible career path until 2019. My original plan going into college was to become a pediatric cardiothoracic surgeon (crazy, I know). Long story short, that wasn't working for me. I had already been working in the healthcare field for a few years and was starting to realize that I didn't want to work my life away in such a demanding field. I love caring for people, but I also want to enjoy my life. I was introduced to weddings in 2017 and shot my first wedding in July of 2019 in the mountains of Colorado. I fell in love with it from then on. I dropped out of college later that year and poured everything I could into this business. I worked in healthcare for 7 years before quitting to go full-time with photography, and that was the best decision I've ever made.

Just sit back, relax, and soak in every experience you can on your wedding day. I'll worry about the photos, and you won't even have to think about it. Your wedding day shouldn't be about the photos, so let me handle that part :)

As your wedding photographer, I will be one of the people you spend the most time with on your wedding day. It's very important to me to establish a close relationship with my clients because of this. It helps me capture your story in a much more authentic way.
Connection
One of my missions is to help those who are interested make eco-friendly choices while wedding planning. I absolutely love weddings, obviously, but since joining the industry, I've seen just how much waste is created from a single wedding. I'd like to help change that! You can have an eco-friendly wedding without sacrificing the dream wedding. You just have to get a bit creative :)
Sustainability
What matters most...
I hate that I even have to write this out. I WILL NOT tolerate any sort of racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, fatphobia, or anything else along those lines. It's unacceptable. I believe that Black Lives Matter, I stand with everyone in the LGBTQIA+ community, I believe every body is a beautiful body, and I believe in "my body, my choice". Lastly, I believe that kindness is everything. There is so much hate in this world and I will not stand for any of that in this space. There will be no hate speech here. If you have any issues with that, please leave, because I don't want to work with you.

I am a dog mom to a beautiful little Siberian Husky named Aspen. She is small for a husky, only about 38lbs. She is super goofy and loves to talk. If I could, I would bring her everywhere with me.

I am very passionate about sustainability and do my best to incorporate that into every aspect of my life! I was vegan for 3 years and still eat a mainly plant based diet, I live a low-waste lifestyle, and a dream of mine is to start an animal sanctuary and regenerative agriculture farm in the future!

I am a bit of a nerd. I love online gaming in my free time. Fun fact: that's how I met my fiance and a lot of my best friends! I also love to play magic the gathering, going to renaissance festivals, and I'm a huge Harry Potter fan (can you tell?). Where are all my fellow Hufflepuffs?!

I am a huge music fan and I'll listen to anything except country (sorry to all my country peeps). I am a metalhead at heart, but my playlists are wild. I've recently gotten into K-pop and it has taken over LOL. My favorite artists are Stray Kids, ATEEZ, ENHYPEN, GOT7, Sleep Token, Polyphia, Spiritbox, Ashnikko, and Dayseeker.
